Dr. Todd SMITH, DVM
Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, Dr. Smith’s journey towards veterinary medicine began at Louisiana Tech University, where he completed his undergraduate studies. Inspired by his time spent on his family’s cattle farm and love for animals, he pursued his lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian by attending LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Driven by a shared love for the outdoors, Dr. Smith and his wife, Emily, made the decision to relocate to Colorado, drawn by the majestic beauty of the mountains and the countless recreational opportunities they provide. Their love for animals extends beyond the clinic, as they share their lives with three beloved canine companions—Beignet, a spirited Boston Terrier, Eclair, an endearing French Bulldog, and Harvey, an affectionate Lab mix.
When not caring for animals, Dr. Smith can be found exploring the great outdoors, hiking, skiing, and enjoying all that Colorado has to offer. His love for nature and adventure complements his dedication to animal care, as he firmly believes in fostering the well-being of both animals and the environment they inhabit.
Whether you’re seeking routine wellness care or specialized treatment for your pet, Dr. Smith is ready to provide comprehensive veterinary services tailored to meet your furry friend’s unique needs. He understands the importance of effective communication and takes pleasure in educating pet owners, empowering them to make informed decisions about their pets’ health.
